Designed for supervisors and safety leaders, the LSE course provides the tools and knowledge to create and maintain a safe working environment — and understand your legislated obligations under the Alberta OHS Code.
Delivered through self-paced online study, participants complete four practical assignments: a Toolbox Talk, Field Level Hazard Assessment, Site Inspection, and Incident Investigation Report — the real documents used every day on the job site.

Three certification tiers:
T1, T2, and T3 covering excavators, dozers, skid steers, and loaders. CSA-aligned and valid across Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. Competency-based, not time-based — built to a standard rigorous enough that operators and employers can actually stand behind it.

This online course covers the fundamentals of traffic control flagging in Alberta, including traffic control procedures, hand signals, communication, and personal safety. Upon successful completion, participants receive an AUSA Certificate of Completion recognized for flagging duties on Alberta worksites.
