      <image:title>Impact and Outcomes - Impact and Outcomes</image:title>
<image:caption>Our Impact Impact reporting launches soon as our training programs scale through 2026 and 2027. What We're Building Toward Workers trained and certified across Alberta industries. Training delivered in English, Spanish, Italian, and Tagalog. Employer members supported across multiple sectors. Community investment dollars tracked and reported by recipient. Check Back Soon We'll publish our first impact report as training cohorts complete. In the meantime, see our current course catalog and membership roster for where we stand today. Community Investment 10% of AUSA's revenue is donated annually to Alberta charities. This is built into how we operate, not a future promise. Our first community investment report will be published alongside our first full year of training delivery Certification Standards Our certification pass marks sit above industry average, on purpose. A certificate from AUSA means the holder demonstrated competence, not attendance.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Indigenous Partnerships - Indigenous Partnerships</image:title>
<image:caption>Training Built With Communities, Not Sold To Them AUSA is committed to building genuine training partnerships with Indigenous communities across Alberta. We come to this work with respect for community priorities, protocols, and self-determination, and with a simple offer: practical skills training that leads to real employment, delivered the way the community wants it delivered. Where We're At AUSA just launched this initiative, and we're excited to be at the very beginning of it. We haven't announced our first Indigenous community partnership yet, because we're building it right now, the right way, starting with the right conversations rather than a rushed one. If you're a community, employment office, or agency exploring what a training partnership could look like, we'd love to hear from you and shape it together from day one. Our Approach Every partnership starts with listening. Before we talk about courses, we want to understand what the community needs, what has worked before, what has not, and what success looks like locally. We deliver in community. Our instructors and equipment travel to you. Members do not need to leave home to get certified. We build local capacity. Where a community wants it, we train local instructors so that skills and delivery capacity stay in the community after we leave, rather than creating dependence on outside trainers. We adapt to community priorities. Scheduling, pacing, content emphasis, and cultural considerations are set in partnership with community leadership, not imposed by a course template. What We Can Deliver Heavy equipment operator training on skid steer, excavator, and dozer with real seat time and one-on-one instruction. Construction safety fundamentals including fall protection, aerial work platforms, and leadership safety training. Certifications that employers across Alberta recognize and respect. Who We Work With We welcome conversations with band councils, employment and training offices, ISET agreement holders, economic development corporations, and education authorities. Whether you are exploring workforce development funding, planning a community project, or building a pathway for members into the trades, we would like to be part of that conversation. Start a Conversation There is no sales pitch here. Reach out and we will come to you, listen first, and build a proposal together. Contact [name] at info@ausa.ca or (403) 831-8577.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Partner With Us - Partner with us.</image:title>
<image:caption>For Government, Funders, and Institutional Partners AUSA is an Alberta non-profit safety association working to close real gaps in workforce training: small and medium employers without safety infrastructure, non-English-speaking workers, Indigenous communities, and workers who need a practical pathway into equipment operation and the trades. Alignment With Workforce Priorities Our work supports labour force participation for underrepresented groups, skills training that leads directly to employment, safer workplaces for Alberta's construction and energy sectors, and multilingual delivery that reaches workers other providers cannot. What We Bring to a Partnership Field-built training programs developed by people with 15+ years of hands-on experience across oil and gas, pipeline, mining, earthworks, and construction. Delivery capacity in English, Spanish, Italian, and Tagalog. An employer member network that connects training directly to hiring demand. The ability to track and report participant outcomes, completions, certifications, and employment results to funder requirements. Current Initiatives Seeking Partners Expanding our full course catalog into Spanish, Italian, and Tagalog. Building training and education partnerships with Indigenous communities across Alberta. Developing an equipment operator training pathway modeled on registered apprenticeship programs. Contact For partnership and funding conversations, contact Logan Clark, President, at info@ausa.ca or (403) 831-8577.</image:caption>
